KIDS IN LONDON

London has a wealth of child-friendly, fun, cultural, historic, educational and family-orientated things to do and see. Our Concierge can help you plan the perfect itinerary to suit your children’s interests and age. Although there is so much to see and do in the city with little ones in tow, our favourite family spots include:

In the shadow of Kensington Palace stands one of London’s great Royal parks, Kensington Gardens. It is a wonderful place to explore with children. The gardens are home to an abundance of wildlife including squirrels, swans, buzzards, lorikeets and butterflies. The garden’s statue of Peter Pan also served as the design inspiration for the Diana, Princess of Wales Memorial Playground. Designed to be accessible and inspiring, kids love playing in the tepees, on the faux beach and running between the sculptures that make up the playground.

There are over 15,000 objects on display, including world-famous items such as the Soyuz TMA-19M descent module - the spacecraft that took astronaut Tim Peake back to Earth from the International Space Station - and a real piece of the Moon. The interactive galleries have been especially designed to bring science to life for children.
