  • The air conditioning temperature and fan speed in your room can be individually adjusted according to your comfort, using the touch panel located by your guestroom door. If you wish to completely turn off the air conditioning, this can be done by touching the power button. Please allow five minutes for the control system to respond to your changes.   • Baby amenities are available on request, including a baby cot, baby bath, nappy bin, bottle warmer and sterilizer, bibs, teething rings and infant serving dishes and cutlery. For older children, we have games and books available as well as children’s bathrobes and slippers.   • The bathrobes in your guestroom are provided for your comfort and use during your stay. New bathrobes can be purchased at a cost of £120.00 inclusive of VAT.   • Bicycle hire is available through our Concierge. In addition, our Concierge can also provide information on the London public bicycle sharing scheme which consists of more than 750 docking stations and 11,500 bicycles to hire across the city. The nearest public bicycle hire station is located directly in front of the Hotel on Broadwick Street.

  • If you wish to play music from your own device, this can be done by pairing your device with your guestroom television. If you would prefer a separate Bluetooth speaker, this is available by the bedside in Suites or on request by selecting the Housekeeping button on your telephone or ‘How May We Assist You’ on your in-room tablet.

  • A full breakfast menu is served in our ground floor restaurant Bar Jackie from 07.30am to 11.00am daily. Alternatively, breakfast can be served in the comfort of your room and the full menu is available to view on your in-room tablet.

  • Complimentary printing, photocopying and scanning is available. Additional business services that can be arranged on request include laptop and mobile phone hire, meeting room hire, translation services and secretarial services.   • We are committed to supporting environmental sustainability through various initiatives. Your guestroom will be serviced twice daily, and your bed linen will be changed every third day.   • There are several branches of Boots Chemist located a short walk from the Hotel. Please see our Concierge for directions. Alternatively, if there is a specific item you require, our Concierge can purchase this for you and deliver it to your guestroom.

  • Our concierge can post letters, send and receive emails and arrange courier collection. Any post or items that arrive for you will be delivered to your guestroom. Please let us know if you are expecting an urgent email or delivery.

  • Within the comfort and privacy of your guestroom, you can enjoy a selection of dining options twenty-four hours a day. Please select from the in-room dining menu on your in-room tablet. We will endeavour to accommodate any special requests you may have.

  • There is a personal safe provided in your wardrobe drawer. Please do not leave any valuables unattended in your guestroom as Broadwick Soho assumes no liability for items left unattended.

  • Private car transfers, saloon cars and limousines can be arranged by our Concierge. Please allow a minimum of one hour to make your reservation.

    The Queen Elizabeth line from Tottenham Court Road Station seamlessly connects to Heathrow Airport.

    Eurostar train services to Continental Europe depart from St Pancras Station, which can be reached using the Piccadilly or Victoria lines.
